STAY AWAY - If you wish to be sent to collections not once but THREE times - even though you have very comprehensive and rather expensive insurance. They also do not care to follow their own schedule and seem to open when it suits them. I am a GM of a store in downtown Greenville. I desperately needed antibiotics. I called the number on this website yesterday to inquire about hours. The person that answered said they'd be open until 8 pm. Got there at 7:15 (went there right after work) to find a sign on the door saying the location is closed most of the this month for updates or renovations or something like that (can't remember the exact wording). Guess they forwarded the phones to another office? Needless to say I didn't get seen. I have noticed in the past they are not always open when the posted hours say they should be. I checked In Online, I received the text about when to go in, It took them about 15-20 min to see me which it was pretty fast to me. The whole staff was very nice, from the beginning to the end. It was very convenient and even tho I do not have Insurance, Its not expensive to go see a doctor. They also helped me with some tips on how to get a discount for my prescription.
front desk service is normally sad, the nurses are always the very nice ones, the doctors eventually come after a long wait and get the job done. I like coming to this place because its convenient and although the service isn't consistent I know they will see me and I will get what I need.
