Went there today. Minimal wait time after check in doctor efficient and thorough. She made us feel comfortable and treated my wife quickly. Will return if we have any future issues during our vacations. Note the signage on the building itself could use some improvement.
If you have a cold - don't go to doctors care. Apparently you should be sick 7-9 days before they will prescribe. Bull crap!!! Never again will go back!!
They hold u driver lisence till u check out. Medical staff was ok.
A month after treatment, I received a call from a collection agent for Doctors Care informing me I was overdue on my bill. As I had paid my office insurance deductible and had received no bill I was not aware I had a balance. She said they had sent numerous statements including warnings I was being sent to collections. She insisted the only way to avoid collection was to pay right then by phone. I was not going to give someone my credit card over the phone. Wait time? Forget about getting in to see the doctor anytime within the next 2 1/2 hrs upon arrival. My daughter had a badly injured foot and they not only were the receptionist cold and unwelcoming, but they are not thorough with their work. An elderly man in front of me had filled out paperwork and was waiting for 30mins it seemed before the receptionist bothered to ask him what kind of insurance he had. Waited 35 mins in waiting room. Then taken to office and wait over an hour there. I was told the dr was at lunch. Really?!!!!' The place is cruddy. I asked a nurse if they forgot about me. She didn't even look at me and said "we're real busy. I am in vacation, now two hours.
