Still waiting an hour after online registration said to be here. Still had to fill out the same stupid paperwork for at least the 10th time this year. Still had to get my license and insurance card copied for the 10th time. Still have to explain why I 'm here in front of the whole waiting room. Still have not heard from anyone regarding the same bad review a month ago. Ridiculous
I have left another negative review and no one has gotten back to me. Just left a lengthy 2-star review. We'll see if there's a response.
This part-time Bluffton snowbirder cannot say enough great things regarding the servicing I/we receive from each and every Doctors Care office, and from Dr. Deetz in particular. An additional shout-out is in order for Shaniesa in the Call Center as well as for Beaufort Center Manager Lana Raines for their individual, exceptional service rendered. Many, Many Thanks. Been coming here for years love the online check in or would of taken hours ...great staff and Susie is the best..
So a few things have changed at doctors care. . I’m okay with change just get friendly faces of people who aren’t rude ( one particularly today). I’m sitting here forever while my child is on the board as being #1. I signed in online and yet 3 people who are at the bottom have been seen. So when I ask about it, the explanation I get makes no sense. I love the doctors and nurses here but my experience today at the reception area was not good.
Doctors Care is on point . Checked in online in advance. Got there, waited maybe 10 minutes, was seen by the doctor in and out. Boom!
