I went in with a broken wrist and they were great! Very short wait time and everyone was so pleasant.
I was a patient at Drs Care Aiken on 9/30/2021. Despite the wait which I knew was inevitable, I was treated wonderfully! Dr Melanie Bailey and ALL the staff were amazing. Once seen they didn’t waste anytime with my assessment and treatment. I was sent to ER based on the Dr’s advise and she was spot on with that decision. Thank you so much for taking great care of me!
Have been using Dr Care, Aiken Mall for 3 years as needed for urgent care when my regular dr couldn't see me for weeks. I'm glad I found them. My first encounter was 3yrs ago with PA Kristen. Kristen is very dedicated and professional, has a good bedside manner and conveys a caring. I have seen her for 3 times and was satisfied with her diagnosis and treatment that resolved my illness. I got my second co vid shot today. It was done in a smooth professional manner by a very careful provider. Demenza was generous with her smiles which made me comfortable. CDC's VAMS system was pathetically behind the real-time schedule. Thank you Doctor's Care.
If you have an appt to get a C19 vaccine at the Doctors Care Aiken Mall, prepare to wait. I don’t know if they are understaffed or totally unorganized but they are not timely with appointments at all. I have heard such good reviews of other facilities being quick and organized administering the vaccine. Not Doctors Care Aiken Mall.
Total disorganization with their COVID vaccine distribution. DO NOT go here if you can at all help it....unless waiting HOURS after your appointment is your thing. So thankful I got mine elsewhere and it was an easy process, but I am so sorry for everyone scheduled at this location.
This is the absolute worst doctors care imaginable. The girl at the desk has no business dealing with the public. I waited days on my results to be emailed only to find out my information was never even submitted. I was labeled non symptomatic with a fever and multiple other symptoms. Save your time, money, and patience. This place is TERRIBLE !!
RecommendedI want to give a shout out to Dr.Vasovski at the Doctor's Care of Aiken. He was such a sweet man. He was very professional and competent in attending to my puncture wound. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for any future occurrences.
I like Doctors Care in Aiken. The girls at the front desk could use a little lesson in Customer Service. They weren't overly friendly. Nurse and Doctor did a good enough job.
