HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Refused to see me because I couldn't afford to pay the whole outstanding balance on my account. Asked if I could pay part, they said no. I said, ok, I will stay sick then. Their was response, was OK then.. Front desk staff is VERY RUDE, and have been each time I have been here. You work in the medical field and customer service, learn some manners!
Rude front desk clerk. I left to go to another Doctors Care and told her she was rude to me. I called the office manager and explained. Went to Forest Drive physician. This clerk was so rude I wanted to hit her in the head with the clip board.
Typical SC Intelligence and Quality. Don't Expect Much – Reasonably good physicians; Better yet, run of the mill. Average at best. Staff is not remotely knowledgeable. Technicians/Nurses are very friendly, but appear supremely incompetent. Receptionists are rude and reminiscent of the same service at a McDonald's drive through with horrible bed side manner, an "everybody owes me something" attitude, an "I'm better than you and shouldn't have to work" attitude, and an uncomfortably narcistic point of view with respect to cust... read more
