I called Doctor's care to see if they could check my nose for a deviated septum (I had fractured it 2 weeks earlier). The lady at the front desk said they could do the procedure so I made an appointment. I paid my $25 copay and when I saw the doctor he said they did not have the proper tools to do the procedure and sent me away. I now have a bill for $144 when they did nothing but waste my time.
