Had a care plan done it was well above my expectations had more things done and checked than I expected also more referrals that I didn't know I could have and very good advice given.
I cannot fault the doctor and staff at Kooralbyn. They are so helpful and extremely pleasant that they make you feel important and welcome. I go in with some weird problems and they know just what to do and say to make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend them. ❤️
An excellent Dr Centre , from the lovely receptionist, great nurses and Dr Abdullah listens to you as a patient. I am very happy with the care at this Medical Centre. Excellent that you can get blood tests done here also , and Annette is very gentle with her blood taking . From someone that hates blood tests , I don’t even feel it with Annette . Good team .
Professional and caring team! Highly recommend.
The doctor needs to learn what active listening is, and not making assumptions and jumping to conclusions. The reception staff and nurse where lovely.
