This is the second time I have been ignored by them. I injured my knee and have to see a doctor I'm in so much pain and they gave me two appointments and I was never seen or called. First appointment I had a home visit never knocked or called. Second was a teleahealth and I was never called when I called they were out of the office. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Very poor service. NPRN Raul Beltran prescribed antibiotics for my patient but it took more than 2 weeks before the antibiotics get into the pharmacy. Every time I called to follow-up the receptionist will only tell me to wait as they will send an email to the Dr. I will never recommend this company to all my friends.
