I was billed through them for some tests run. I'm sure their staff is wonderful, but there really needs to be a way to pay bills online like the rest of St. Bernards has!
I suddenly received a collection notice for a bill I had never received previously. When I called, they were very rude. As it turns out they had not even filed with my insurance. They are some serious billing and service issues, but I guess they don't have to address them because they contract through the hospital, so we don't have a choice. If a choice is available, I recommend not working with this group.

I called to pay my bill and when I gave her my credit card number she said we will pay your account and hung up. I don't know who I talked to but she was really really rude. I called on September 29, 2014 at 4:20PM. Just thought you would like to know before someone that really blows up on this. Thank you.
