The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lady, if you do not want to do your job and choose to be rude to others, then sit at home or get a different job.
I was billed through them for some tests run. I'm sure their staff is wonderful, but there really needs to be a way to pay bills online like the rest of St. Bernards has!
I suddenly received a collection notice for a bill I had never received previously. When I called, they were very rude. As it turns out they had not even filed with my insurance. They are some serious billing and service issues, but I guess they don't have to address them because they contract through the hospital, so we don't have a choice. If a choice is available, I recommend not working with this group.
