Experienced a bad skin burn. Called in, and even close to closing they offered to help and took excellent care of me. The health care provider did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and provided me answers to all my questions. The front desk also were super helpful to ensure my insurance coverage and explained what was covered and not usually front desks would tell me they aren’t sure and I need to call my insurance. This office cares about patient health and wellness.
I don't get why there are some bad reviews about this location. I have a very pleasant experience every time I go there. Nice friendly staff and good professional doctors.
I rushed my daughter to this "after hours" urgent care and made it there at 5:43. The website states it closes at 6pm. We walked in and it smelled horrible. But because the next urgent care was across town and most Urgent cares were closed, so we attempted to check in. The receptionist was rude and curt. It was empty but they refused to see her because they close at 6pm. Apparently, they close before 6pm. Don't waste your time.
(Doctors after hours urgent care) no doctors. It's not after hours. It's definitely not urgent or care. Rude staff. Very low knowledge. Will try not to take your insurance so that way you leave. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. A shot of steroids and a pack of antibiotics. $340.00.
The lady who answered the phone hung up on me as soon as she realized I was calling with a complaint and I asked her for her name. Who is running this clinic that allows this type of behavior? Horrible place!
