(Doctors after hours urgent care) no doctors. It's not after hours. It's definitely not urgent or care. Rude staff. Very low knowledge. Will try not to take your insurance so that way you leave. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. A shot of steroids and a pack of antibiotics. $340.00.
The lady who answered the phone hung up on me as soon as she realized I was calling with a complaint and I asked her for her name. Who is running this clinic that allows this type of behavior? Horrible place!
This is my go to Urgent Care. I am usually very happy with them. Today as I walked up to the door the girl opened the door and said they are closed. I asked what time did they close and she said 5:00. When I got to my car my cell phone said it was 4:53. I realize it's New Years Eve. But every business should honor their hours even to the last 7 miniutes.
This was our go to place. Always in and out until recently when we were turned around for the second time. No staff per the manager at the counter. One encounter in August the other in September. Please send staff, because Iove this place.
