UPDATE as of June 2026: This place continues to operate like a fraudulent business. Received a scammy text that looked to be escalating my bill despite already paying for it at POS. Reached out to the office and by email and no response. This is a review for the Healow/DoctorHere patient flow currently not for the doctor herself. The Healow app is not functional. I had my annual with Dr. Lee nearly 6 months ago and received a bill shortly afterwards that was higher than expected. I called the office and per their instructions, I emailed them my bill along with my questions. I followed up four times over several months and even received a phone call assuring me their “billing department” was reviewing it but it may take a while. I am so extremely disappointed by DoctorHere and Dr. Hyun Ji Lee. I have been going to this office for a year and a half. Recently I was contacted through what looked like a scam text message saying I owed money to the office and that they were taking action against me. I called the office and no one at the office could verify that I owed any money but said I should reach out to their manager, who to this day almost a month later never responded, and to the email address provided in the suspicious text.
