Try for 2 weeks to get in to see her, can’t get a day off work so I’m told to come down as early as possible to see her by the receptionist on the phone go all the way down only to be told by a girl (who’s not the receptionist) that she’s not the receptionist and that there’s no possibile way to squeeze anyone in because she’s jammed for 2 weeks, unacceptable I’ve been trying for 2 weeks then I take an hour off work and I’m told I can’t be seen? I will never recommend this place

We come in from st.Johns so Dr Karen can do these appointments. The woman on front desk is amazing as well.

Had an eye test done. Didn't get a pd number. My mistake didn't ask for it. Called back and asked about it. Was told they don't normally do it. And it would have to be requested when getting exams. It would print off then. Asked what us the process to get it now. Was told 'not from here'. So essentially they got my money already and refuse to help me further. Very bad customer service . My family will not be back. At least 6 people I know will look elsewhere.

The lady on the desk and the eye doctor are very nice and get you done no hassle
