Dr. Victor Eugenio Castilla Yacato is absolutely the worse doctor I’ve ever had. I had a very difficult time getting information from this doctor. He talked quite a bit but did not seem to want to talk about my health or get any necessary help for me! I’m extremely concerned that he has patients! I hope this helps!
