The place looks nice on the exterior but the interior needs repair. There were elderly people sitting on the floor and the chairs they have were tattered. The bathroom was unusable. The doctors are trying to do their best but the support staff needs to be more professional,. Número fuera de servicio y llegó 45 minutos antes de la hora de cierre y no hay nadie. Pongan el verdadero horario de servicio.

Unless someone had a personal vendetta against someone in this facility, there is no reason to call this place unprofessional. It is clean and professional and if you come late hours, you can avoid the lines!

The doctor's I've seen were nice but someone doesn't provide proper details of your visit. I was at this urgent care 3 time. I had multiple infections going on my blood pressure dropped so low as well as my oxygen was 90%. They sent me home. This was about 2 weeks after I had covid and diagnoses with long term covid. I was just treated for a sinus infection and They sent me home with no information and only about the sinus issue. My other issues were my lungs and weakness and lack of oxygen. I had pneumonia.
