Horrible hospital . The staff refuses to serve you, they don't provide simple things like tea if you attending overnight. Worst hospital in service they don't use computers....old school n not upto mark
My family member recently stayed at South Eastern Private Hospital for rehabilitation, and I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for the care and support they provided throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Lyva, who went above and beyond to help my family member, even though she wasn’t officially assigned as her nurse. The nurses and doctors are very attentive and friendly, like family. If any family wants to bring their children here, they should experience it at least once. You won't regret it.
Our experience with this facility was hospital intake staff openly lying, admitting to discrimination, delaying for weeks while claiming they've been in contact, dodging communication from GPs, support workers, public hospital teams and carers, and then being evasive and raising their voice on the phone when asked simple questions, presumably because they were frustrated they couldn't keep their story straight when we could identify the inconsistencies.
