The nurse is rude as and uneducated in customer service the respetionest is lost & there excuse is over worked n understaffed
The doctors and staff were very rude they cut my anti-anxiety medication in half not only that they cut the dosage in half and gave me weaker medicine and they cut 30 off to I was supposed to get my blood drawn and out of nowhere they do this to me? not only that but they did not treat my pain efficiently I have chronic pain 24/7 I cannot even currently get out of bed they did not refer me nor did they offer to fix it in any kind of way my doctor was W Jean and Rekha issar neither of them offered to help me and he had the au... read more
This place is a freaking joke in the Auburndale and winter haven area the only good doctor there is micheal at the auburndale office they have nurses don't know how to spell and dr. Rekha makes you feel uncomfortable you can't get them to refill your meds or anything... This place sucks
Been going here for over a year and I love it.... slow but get what I need every month
I personally love this place, the doctor makes sure he understands exactly what I am saying and I have no problem getting what I need for my husband, very caring and friendly!
