15 years ago we built a new home and had all of our tile, hardwoods and carpet installed by Dr. Tile Flooring of Saxonburg. The project was large and the product and installation were top notch. It should have been exciting to build and move into a new house built by a reputable contractor, but the whole experience was ruined by Dr. Tile and his salesperson (his wife, I think). First of all, she did not listen when we told her we wanted the same tile placed all over the house. We only wanted carpeting in the bedrooms and stairway.
