Never in my life have I done business with an entity that made it so hard to give them money. I have made 4 attempts to pay my bill ($63.00). I give up.

Received a notice appealing for payment; I was never seen by a medical provide but instead left without being seen at Baylor Scott and White in McKinney. You cannot be billed for medical services unless a medical professional PHYSICALLY sees you which did not occur. I have tried countless times to appeal to BSW about this to no avail and have been sent to collections. Doctors Reporting Service of Texas is unreachable. The phone prompts do not work. The call disconnects repeatedly. There is no way to speak to a human here.

Received a bill for my Mother in Law who passed away 7 months prior. Followed the prompts and the girl who answered said need account #. I replied about the number didn't work when I put it into the prompts? She said only the last 4 came through gave her the rest said could you hold while I look this up. Then someone else was all of a sudden saying what do you need. I said I was on hold with someone else and now I have been transferred? Yes what is it you need.
