I have known Russ and KC for years, they have done multiple jobs but this time Russ took $2600 as a down payment 6 months ago and has run off with my money plus a $100 part and will not even have the nerve to answer my calls!! We apparently will be headed to court! Family owned father and son. They not only included me in the breakdown of my issue but were personable and very knowledgeable so I was aware more of the problem. After they came and gave me my estimate. I was able to do my research just to make sure I was getting a good price. I called to different companies, and they definitely were higher the other places I had called than what Russ and his son kennard gave me, so not only were they friendly, but affordable!! Family owned father and son came. I was included on the break down of the issue they where very knowledgeable on my problem and I was able to do research on the pricing this way and they gave me a great price compared to the 2 other places I called after they came and gave me my estimate. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you guys
