This office is a scam....they will overcharge you and will do all they can to dry you out to not give your money back .i repeat..your money back!!!!!my cigna insurance incluiding me are trying to get this doctor to pay me back the money he and his front desk took from my wallet the day i went there ...overcharge me almost 900 dollars...i wish i coyld upload the lettee from my insurance tgey received about almosta month ago demanding them to pay me back

dr song has his employee take all the money 3 weeks in advance to install a crown. each appointment with dr song will last an average of 3 hours since he keeps taking in walk ins out of the shopping center.dr song may spend 20 minutes with me but i sit in the room 3 hours. i waited 3 weeks to get this crown and i said i need you to install the crown. the bottom crown was pressing hard into my upper crown. dr song said he will polish crown which did not help and even though i told dr song at least 6 times the bite is much too... read more

Beware potentially fraudulent billing practices. The insurance i have is a discount dental insurance. It isn't a you pay a copay, then they bill your insurance, and if there is something else due they bill you if the insurance says its your responsibility kind of insurance. I paid in full at the time of my visit in April. In October I got a collection letter in my partners name who had never been to the office.
