Called to see if I could get a Power Supply tested, specifically asked on the phone if they would be able to test it without an ATX cable since I did not have a spare one with me. Told me that they could- then when I arrived, after sitting at the desk for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to come from the back of the shop, turns out they can't test the PSU without me bringing an ATX cord... waste of a trip

I brought my gaming pc in to address an overheating issue. John was very personable and fit me in to help address my problem as quickly as possible. He found the problem right away, fixed it, and my pc works and cools better than ever. He is very knowledgeable, fair, and keeps you updated on the progress. I will be using him for any future pc repairs.
