Negative attitude. I can hardly imagine why a doctor will be so arrogant, rude, and impatient. The doctors are apparently those who failed for 2000 times before getting the graduation certificate in Medical Science. They are not qualified, and not helpful. Their only function is to give you some simple prescriptions. But they do not have as many as rights to give prescriptions as face to face doctors. So they are basically a rubbish.

When Dr. On Demand started out, they were great. However, over the past few appointmentsmy experience with Dr. On Demand has not been satisfactory; in fact it has been a very poor experince. First, there are app issues. I cancel an appointment and the app says I'll still be charged for the appointment. Really unnerving to see these reviews as I got double charged for an appointment, one of which lasted a few seconds and call dropped because of connection/poor reception. Unfortunately, I needed a parasite pill, because of recent international travels. The medical doctor did not feel comfortable to prescribe the pill because, she felt there should be follow-up & monitoring afterwards. If it was possible to leave negative stars I would. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Medical Board of California because its been three months and no one has assisted me in getting back the overcharge on my co-pay. Doctor On Demand is a SCAM. Stay away from using this service.
