I called Mark to ensure I was getting the most out of my 1 year old piano. He took his time, not only to tune, but to make small adjustments to parts of the piano I didn’t even knew existed. I’m confident that my piano is now performing at its best.
My piano hadn't been tuned for over 15 years. I decided to play again. Mark tuned the piano even better than I remember. It has a nice touch. What a great job. I enjoy playing even more.
Mark has been tuning our piano for 4 years now and it always sounds amazing after. He has had to repair certain parts and has done so seamlessly. He's excellent and professional every time. Our favourite part is always when he plays at the end.
Mark came by yesterday to help with my Samick piano.
