Horrible. Do not take your kids here. They do not care about them or their health. This place used to be great before Dr. Nina took over. It’s like an office full of missable women who don’t want to be there. If u are truly concerned about ur child’s health and want them to be seen by someone who genuinely cares about their health. Go somewhere else. Me personally will not take my kids back to that office. Will not recommend.
Awful experience. It takes forever to just get a copy of our kids medical records.
Awful experience. My son Dr. Rosenstein recently retired. So we went to Dr. Nina in the same office as him. My son was a nee patient to her. She never came in the room to introduce herself. She sent another Dr. In the room who also had no clue. When I spoke to the rude tech. She said oh Dr. Nina has other patients. But I made an appointment for the time she had available. Not for another Dr. So we can wait. Waited only to see Dr. Nina in her office on the computer. I do not recommend this office to any one. My son was there ... read more
The staff is not nice. The People are not nice. A family made fun of us/Bullied my child. BUT Dr.Nina does what she need to do.
