I prepaid for a year in advance. I was told there will be four blood test. I’ve only had two. I’ve been calling for the last three months four months for refills. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody replies to messages when I first started it sounded real good and promising lasted for about six months and then, it has gone downhill from there. Our initial consultation with Dr. Moose was promising. Things went downhill from there. His office manager, Marcus, hasn’t returned calls or texts for 2 weeks and bloodwork is over a month past due supposedly because they changed labs. When we initially felt like this program wasn’t the right fit, we requested a refund and after 3 weeks of no refund, I threatened to leave a bad review & Marcus pleaded for me not to and literally said the check must’ve gotten lost in the mail. I really enjoyed my initial meeting with Dr. Moisant. He's extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. He provided me several ways of naturally treating and correcting my ED issues. To me medical transparency and honesty is everything.
