Lazy doctor that argues with me about MY symptoms and lazy nurses that tell me I can't have my own documents because I could get them from another office. Terrible service and I will never go back to Dr. Mike's office. Also, it took 4 months for a sleep study that I requested to be filed. It took so long that I changed my general practitioner and got the sleep study scheduled with the new practitioner before the request from Dr. Mike went through.
I have never seen such a circus at a Dr.s office. Dr. Festus is not a good Dr he is always in a rush. He dint let u finish what it trying to say. He passes out meds without too much info from the patients and he's jus plain stupid. I have reoccurring ear infections twice he has treated me within a 2 month period so when I asked for a referral for an ent he told me no. I have to have a reason for the referral.....2 infections in 2 months I guess isn't enough....stupid. Sad part I HAD to subject my two kids to this b.s......on... read more
We had a very good experience at Dr Mike's. Aside from the obligatory paperwork and a 90-minute wait, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr Festus put my nervous kids at ease with his good-natured manners. We will definitely be going there again.
This has got to be the worst Dr in history, he has no knowledge in the medical field, he is disgrace to doctors! my son is not receiving shots due to religion. So I take him for a physical to start school. He said he needs shots but I don't want him to get them. He's denying my child his education because he doesn't understand what I'm saying he then tells me everything I just told him and then says he doesn't understand me? I just been to “Doctor” Mike’s Clinic. I stepped on something and I needed it removed. The doctor refused to even see me, they told me to go to the emergency room. I would have gone to the ER but I can’t afford the deductible. Needless to say I am never going back there and strongly recommend no one else do either or you might find your problem is to inconvenient for the doctor.
