I was nervous to try a new doctor (also new to area) & did so much research. “She listens”, was a common theme amongst Dr. Launder’s reviews. I took a chance & had my 1st visit yesterday. The office was nice, I felt welcome, & most importantly, HEARD! I’m happy to have Dr. Launder as my doc!
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Launder and I had a great experience! Her office is beautiful and modern, her staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Launder is the type of doctor that really listens and shows concern. She even spent time showing me how to get the most inexpensive prescriptions! I'm so happy to have Dr. Launder as MY doctor!!!
Had a little trouble at lab Corp, computer didn’t have my info. Dr. Launder and Tom took care of it within minutes. Best customer service/ patient care I’ve seen! You guys are amazing!
