Dr Carter gets 1 star only because google does not offer a lower score. I had an appointment with her on the 28th of May 2022. Due to Anxiety and PTSD i was unable to show or call due to a panic attack. Now this person is meant to deal with Mental Health Patients and promotes working with DVA members. My Partner called today to re-book and was advised in no certain terms that i have been Black Listed.
