The service was great. Kevin informed me of a bubble that was starting to form on my tire. I was able to go and get the tire replaced under warranty. I appreciated the heads up!
Took my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak to Dr. J Automotive for a lift and tire upgrade, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Kevin was my service advisor and he was excellent start to finish, and Steve was just as helpful every step of the way. They installed an Eibach lift, new front control arms, 37” BFGoodrich KO3s, a 1.25” wheel spacer, and a Rough Country tailgate extender — and the Bronco finally has the stance and muscle I was after.
