Surprise court order from husband's attorney to have breathalyzer alcohol test, Urine screening with sensitive to prescriptions, and 14 panel hair follicle sample. I the order stated to bring proof of any prescriptions. The staff at the Broadway location were great on my visit this week. They were very professional. Made the best out of my appointment even though they were understaffed and I had to wait several hours. It was not the staffs fault. They were very good. I am not the best patient but Dayna Ray, Kenya, Tony and Cindy were great and I think they all deserve a raise.

Went in for a drug test and a breathalyzer last week. A person from Concentra called my job and told them that I walked out during testing. The reason why I'm sharing this review is 2 provide information about the quality of service, and for customers to beware. Times are hard and no one should risk losing their job because of incompetent drug testing facilities! :-(
