If i could give one star I would. Do NOT even bother with these drs. We waited 13 hours (after saying initially it would be a 5 hour wait) and told us there would still be an hour and half wait. Disgusting. Not even one phonecall to tell us what is going on. I was the one who had to call numerous times to see what the go was. Cant believe a dr service would actually make children wait this long to see a dr. The operater who worked on 09/0112025 afternoon was very rude，refused to book a LOCUM for me and hang up my phone call！Never meet a person with so bad attitude！I‘ll continue to complain until you fire this woman，she doesn't deserve any job！

This service is wonderful. We have a family member with cancer and on chemotherapy - it was Christmas Day and of course everything was closed. We had a choice of the emergency department at the hospital, which is a nightmare of wait times, or to see a doctor for a recurring infection that could be fixed with a script for antibiotics that has been used before for the same issues. Excellent service today. We had a highly qualified and experienced doctor visit a sick family member on a weekend. He was calm and confident and extremely kind. His advice was immediately helpful and we are beyond grateful. Thank you.

Over half an hour on hold apparently the highest level of patient care does not extend to answering a phone Gave up waiting to have the call answered after 45 minutes. Perhaps instead of doctors working for doctors as a guiding principle it needs to change to something remotely linked to quality care for patients in their homes. Terrible service.
