I got 2 garage doors installed a few days ago. I have to say the company is very productive and professional! I got text messages from the company with a picture and information on the worker coming to my house. Price for the doors, and all the work was better than expected. The final product looks amazing and works great.
Ron and Sam were awesome people to work with on our new garage door. Everything went according to plan. Price was fair. Sam even installed some wood trim above the frame to keep the draft out of the garage.
Jacob was wonderful. Called Tuesday afternoon. He came out Thursday morning and phoned me when he was on his way. He gave me a fair estimate and got the parts to repair my garage door and came back in the afternoon to fix it. It is better than new. So nice to find nice responsible service people. Loved how Jacob showed up early to fix the springs and cables on my garage door. It's amazing how often we use the garage as our main way into the house. Fixed things that I didn't even realize needed fixing. The cables were frayed and ready to break. I will always call Jacob, and will also recommend him. Professional through and through.
We had a very nice experience with this company replacing our 20+ years old garage door & motor. The salesperson came on time & explained their products thoroughly. The scheduler was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers came on time. They reviewed the features of my new garage door & reprogrammed the Home Link in my cars when the installation was completed. Happy employees will have happy customers. Kudos to the owner & the management team for treating their workers well!
