Professional, honest, reliable
Talked you through everything they were doing. Explained in layman terms what need done to make it safe to use fireplace. Covered the floor with a cloth and had shoe covers on when in house. Thanks for a great job. Would use them again.
Dr Flue installed a gas insert in our almost century old fireplace a few years ago and has been servicing it since. Kevon and his team are wonderful! I LOVE the fact that every service call is accompanied by a written report complete with pics of all parts of the chimney/fireplace. Communication with Dr Flue is first rate. Calls are returned promptly and courteously. I trust and recommend them highly.
