two days ago we had Doctor Fix-it come out to snake out our basement pipe, due to a back up. They did a scope and said that the pipe failed and the pipe needed to be repaired. I had two others bids come out and scope and both companies said there were no issues and no need to cut up the floor. Doctor fix it basically lied to us just to get a job

Incredibly overpriced. They charged my elderly mother over $200 for a $50 furnace filter. Then they admitted she could have gotten it cheaper online and that their price just reflects a normal retail mark up. Not the first time she has been overcharged for services and parts either. But she calls them because she "knows" them. Maybe they count on people like her

Do not use the people. Not sure what is worse...their service, word, or products. All equally bad. 5 service calls to have new installed furnace keep temperature. Energy rebate not filed. Phone calls not returned. Save yourself the headache. There are many other choices than Dr. Fix It
