AWESOME service/experience! The whole process was smooth, fast and very reliable!! Someone put a dent in my brand new car but after service with Dr. ding you would never be able to tell! Definitely recommend!!
Chris did an excellent job repairing a dent in our car. The dent was at the crease above a front tire. After the 2 hour repair, it looked like new. Very impressive- he even took time to demonstrate for me how he removes the dents. I’d definitely use his service again.
Of course someone in a huge pickup opens her door into my Charger. Didn’t see a scratch but in washing it the dent was very obvious. . A friend recommended Dr Ding We called Chris just to stop by to see what he could do and set up an appointment. It was about 4;00. He said he just finished his last customer for the day and he could fix it while we waited if we had some time. 45 minutes later you would never know someone hit the car. I couldn’t be happier with the job Chris at Doctor Ding performed on my Ford Edge. Our basketball net fell on it during the storm, causing about a 4 inch dent. The entire process was quick and easy. I called on a Friday and asked for a quote. After I was given a quote, Chris asked when was the best day I could drop the car off, which was super helpful. Wow! Chris did great work getting the dent out of my Tesla Y. I didn’t think it wouldn’t be possible and feared I would have to go to a body shop but he is a miracle worker.
