I'm not going to lie and say this was the worst service I've ever had, because it wasn't(definitely not the best either) but the snark this optometrist had was off the charts. It had been quite a while since I've had contacts so I simply asked, "Is it ok if I accidentally fall asleep in these sometimes?" To clarify he asked, "what, like a catnap?" I didn't know it would take the doctor AT LEAST 45 minutes just to SIGN a sheet of paper with my prescription on it. For the same service I could get anywhere else, they make a point of having the longest wait time for BULLSHIT. A "couple minute wait" can be interpreted as any time they want. There were multiple opportunities and multiple patients that saw the doctor AFTER I had been waiting already for half an hour. Don't. Go. Here.
