Not impressed at all! Its been over a month and My microwave is still not fixed. First is was a circuit board, took two weeks to return and install it. That didn't fix it so he had to get a fuse he didn't have and has not been heard from since, will not return calls or texts. I'm guessing that's why he wanted to be paid the service fee up front.
