The technician Tonee that did the quality control inspection was very professional explained what he was looking for and answered all my questions. Overall our experience with all the technicians and office personnel that we dealt with were great.
I recently had my AC unit serviced by Jeffrey, and the experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Jeffrey took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, clearly explained what needed attention, and completed the work efficiently. What stood out most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer questions without rushing. Tech was friendly, respectable of my black floor tile by putting shoe covers on and was very detailed as to what my plumbing issue is. If/when I need their services again, I hope to get Caesar again!
