Excellent work and great communication
It took over a week to get a part for a York air conditioner. Unacceptable in 100 plus temperatures for a house bound 72 year old on oxygen and a broken leg.
Checking leaking in the house without the device
Dr cool service was exceptional. We had to reschedule several times due care issues and they were so kind and patient. Excellent service. Solved the problem and left no damage. Worked w my husband to let him deal w the ceiling cut out. On time. Professional problem solvers. I will use them again should the need arise. Thank you!
