Check the Better Business Bureau rating in these people. Absolute incompetence. Computer stayed their a month, and after phone call after phone call, I picked it up. Not a thing had been done, and Noone would call me back. This is the worst possible place to take a computer for repair. These people are rude and Extremly unprofessional.

They provide horrible customer service. They do not keep parts on order or in stock. Went to their location 4 different times along with several phone calls and finally told by owner, "i'm sure there are other businesses in Baton Rouge you could call". What terrrible customer service. Should not be in business.

I dont normally write reviews but if i didnt give this place 5 stars I would feel like I failed at being a good customer. I took my computer in for a virus removal and they found a KEYLOGGER on my computer, that means people were watching me type in my bank info and could have stole my money, I do lots of business and a lot of that info is stored on my computer. They took out the keylogger and gave me antivirus so that it woulden't happen again! For a very reasonable price! AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM 24HRS TO CALL ME AND TELL ME ... read more

This company stated that my computer would be ready the next business day and will contact me by phone. Two days later, still no call. The stores hours stated 9am - 7pm Mon. - Sat. I arrived at the location at 9am and waited in the parking lot for over 45 mins, waiting on to open the door. So I left and returned at 1pm later that day to find out they never touched my computer. I was so angry. They never contacted me or anything. So I took my business elsewhere. **** I would not recommend Doctor Computer to anyone!******

I brought my computer in to these guys and they had my problems diagnosed and fixed THAT DAY! They were very professional, friendly and fast! I did my research and they are by far the cheapest anywhere around, too! I am so excited that I found Doctor Computer. It's local, convenient, fast, friendly and very reasonable! Thanks, Doctor Computer. I am one satisfied customer! :)
