The quality of life and service of this place has gone down. Owner doesn’t care if he gets service or not. Super unprofessional in person and on the phone. I understand things are made to order but he’ll have things on display and then when you order it he says he doesn’t have it. Called to make a pick up and said he would call me when it’s ready, he never called. The business needs help desperately, between the back and the front. Every time I come here there’s always a new person working because he can’t keep anybody.
I been going to doctor birds since I been in Buffalo, and im sorry to say the quality and the taste of the food has went down. My favorite food to order was Oxtails use to taste like it was from the islands now it taste like something I can make in my kitchen. My last day going there was Thursday, but it just me everyone got their own opinion.
Always skimp on everything. Orders a side of rice and peas…can’t even fill up the plastic container with rice. Always on the skimp except for their prices. Last of my money they gonna see.
Food is delicious. Servings are extremely small. I will not come again, unless I get an adult serving.
