Dr. Babu is a professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, empathic and is concerned with the health and quality of life for his patients. He explains conditions and has resolutions for assisting patients with procedures to correct and or relieve his patient's health issues.
The staff and Dixie Babu are wonderful
It’s impossible to get an appointment because the receptionist thinks she’s a doctor. I have spinal cord damage from an accident and need pain management. I’ve tried twice to set an appointment and both times I was given a hard time by the receptionist. I told her to forget it and I will go somewhere else.
All I can say is Dr Babu and his staff are terrible. They do not answer calls or return messages! When pain meds run out in 60 days it's like pulling teeth to get it refilled! They screwed up the insurance approval for an Ablation and have never been able to sort it out after two months, thus far! This knee damage pain and the following surgery ordeal started in May 2024. Dr. Vandelur did the meniscus tear 2 tears)
