I'm sorry to hear that Serhat Akbas is still in business. Three years ago I paid him for a complete engine rebuild including all internals. After a week he told me the car was done, but that he still needed to do a few things to it. I surprised him at his shop and found that he had never even moved my car into his shop--it was sitting in his parking lot where I had parked it a week before.
