Great service with professional mechanics and honest people with reasonable prices
Every time I need help with my car Dr Auto makes time for me which fits my busy/unpredictable work schedule. Great quality work and always very nice. 100% recommend
Asked to check front end. Charged me $100 after looking for 3-4 minutes then gave me a list of issues. Parts and labor $2,200. Took my car to my main mechanic and asked the same of him. Ball joints only, $420.00 everything else from previous guy not needed. Thieves and liars.
Worst experience ever! I paid $470 for a repair that did NOT fix my car's problem. They replaced the spark plugs and gasket cover, but the issue I originally came in for remains exactly the same. When I went back, they refused to acknowledge their misdiagnosis and instead told me I need to pay again for more work. This shop is either incompetent or dishonest-either way, they do not stand by their work. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money on unnecessary repairs!
So impressed ! What a great experience.. if you need repairs done on your car, this is the place to go.. best value with exceptional work .. so happy with their service and I will be coming here with all my cars needs .. Thank you Dr. Auto !
