Front desk needs a refresh on how to be more professional in handling calls. Always sounds so irritated or bothered to be asked questions and actually do work. I'd be ashamed to have anyone like that working for me. Do better!
I recently moved to the area and was searching for a new doctor. After completing lab work, I was initially told that my results were normal. However, when I reviewed them myself, I noticed that some values were not within the normal range. A nurse later followed up and confirmed that several of my levels were elevated. We discussed my current prescriptions and medical history, and she mentioned that she would consult with the doctor and get back to me with further guidance, possibly including changes to my medication. Absolutely unprofessional staff. They are never on time. While the blood tests are being done early in the morning, they choose to start at 11:00 am. I was fasting for the test further delayed it by an hr. Unapologetic and unprofessional!
