Doctor Alliance is very simple and easy to use for uploading documents! The process is fast and being able to receive them back electronically is fast and helpful. Prita was my contact for getting setup and started and she walked me through each step. This will make my job more easy and I am very excited!
Prita was amazing help! Not only did she get everything I did incorrectly taken care of and pushed through, she provided education on other areas of DocAlliance and answered every question I had thoroughly.

The site itself is easy to use once you have been shown how to use it correctly. Also, with the help of Prita (Dr Alliance assistant) then she will let me know if there are issues with orders not coming over as they should. I am hoping that the site will be integrated soon over to my HCHB system in order to make it all a lot easier for us users.
I’ve found the Doctor Alliance Portal extremely efficient for managing home health orders.
