I have been going to Dr. Serge Boudreau since I am very young. Prior to this it was Dr. Bouchard who is my childhood dentist. Serge is a great dentist and I have been happy With the service for the past 15 yrs or so. All of the staff is very kind and welcoming and I highly recommend them.
Je suis allée payer une facture et en même temps je me suis excusée et expliquée de ne pas avoir été à mon rdv.. et la dame à la réception m’a fait la morale en se répétant de 4-5 x la même chose j’ai terminé en lui disant donner moi la facture je vais aller ailleurs.. c’est malheureux et triste un service à clientèle aussi désagréable on veux bien encourager des gens comme vous mais ds le respect merci
