Outstanding professional and caring service. Work is done with excellence. One day, after a procedure and on my way out of the door, I felt a bit dizzy. Dr. Gina Kano and the staff were extremely caring, stayed with me and made sure I would not leave until I was fully 100%. I appreciated the care and attention.

J’ai consulté le Dr Kano fin août pour un examen de mes gencives et je n’ai rien à redire sur la qualité de la prise en charge. Cependant, mon expérience a été décevante en ce qui concerne le suivi. Retournant en France à la fin du mois, j’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises qu’on me transmette les informations sur les dents nécessitant une greffe. À chaque fois, on m’a assuré qu’on me rappellerait ou qu’on m’enverrait un e-mail, mais aucune de ces promesses n’a été tenue. Il est regrettable qu’un tel manque de communication vie... read more

First I think Dr Fadi Kano doesn't deserve such bad ratings. I'm the worst patient ever and I recommend him if you have a lot of issues like me (small jaw, big teeths, can't open my jaw vey long, anxiety). I ve recently almost faint during a procedure and my tension dropped. I ve went there for a root canal on a teeth that was so painful that I ended at the emergency and they had to give me morphine in order to feel better.
