Just got off the phone with the manager. I was looking for a place for a short stay (less than six months) since I had a terrible experience with Airbnb. He gave me the run down and after explaining that I only needed a short stay - he yelled at me.. he never stated that his shortest lease was for 6 months. I told him it would not work out and he continued to yell and told me to not call him again because he’s too busy. Shameful Managment. This is a clear slumlord.

Rip off land lord is in your business would give it a 0 if I could good luck getting your deposit back the owner told me to take him to court poor management all around never comes to fix anything always some one coming from the trails behind the buildings car and apartments getting broken into
Wish I could give negative rating to this place! I chose this place to live because it was closer to my workplace as I couldn't drive and also my staying in Wooster was temporary (2yrs). Before move-in, I requested to see the room but was told that the room booked for me was not cleared by the previous tenant and also needed to be cleaned.
