The 2+ hour wait to see a doctor is real. The nurses who swabbed me weren't wearing gloves, is it not common practice to wear gloves when handling patient fluids and blood. I got bad medical advice to tilt my head back with a nose bleed which can cause choking or vomiting. I clarified multiple times which pharmacy I wanted to pick up the medication and not only did the office take an hour to send it only after I called to remind them. Save yourself, just don’t come here. Each time I have been here I’ve waited nearly 2 hours to see the doctor or I have booked an appointment online and it’s not until I get to the office am I notified that there isn’t a doctor on site and I will have to see her virtually. There is also ALWAYS one doctor here. If you want efficient treatment without a ling wait, don’t come here!
Very bad service
Horrible. No one was there - apparently provider left early? System still allowed me to make an appt so it ended up being a huge waste of time
