The ones at the front desk were very strange. The guy was nice but the other one the girl with the ponytail wasn’t. Soon as I walked in it immediately felt like I was being judged by her. She was very loud when announcing why I was there and she was cursing very loud. Came for a COVID test and was made to wait over an hour an a half even though the clinic was practically empty. The appointment took so long, I was forced to miss and reschedule another appointment I’d had that day. Absolutely terrible.

Had a pretty bad experience with an issue that turned serious. Came in on a Sunday and was handed an iPad to talk to someone who they couldn't see my throat, um... Duh? I got a strep test and was told if my symptoms got worse to come back in. I came in on Monday with new and worsening symptoms and was handed another iPad and was basically told there is nothing anyone can do.
